Dear, we collaborate with two car parks and offer a small discount. We can send all details after booking. In Venice, cars can only park in Piazzale Roma. the city can be covered on foot or by waterbus. The rooms are located on the first floor.

Wonderful
Great location, just a minutes walk from the Grand Canal, and 10 minutes from St Marks Sqaure. In a peaceful area so if you are easily disturbed by noise on the streets below... there is none of that here. Everything you would need bar cooking facilities, but with so many great restaurants and a Spar shop nearby some this was no issue. (If we wanted cooking facilities, we would have booked a room with them)

Lovely stay with the nicest host.
The location was great in San Marco. We happened to arrive on the one day the city had a vaparetto strike but our host was so helpful and understanding. The room included all necessities and charging adaptors, guides and so many more.
Alleyway it is situated in gets very dark at night minimal lighting.

Good location, but without good view
Very clean suite. There were everything needed for comfort life. Close to all Venice attractions. Responsive personnel.
Bear in mind that windows see against next building’s wall. We arrived after 9 PM and had to pay 30 Euro for late check in. Though it was mentioned at booking, I thing it was too much.
